What a TAR is — and what it is not
A TAR is a trigger assisted reset system: it resets the trigger for you so follow-up shots come faster. One trigger pull still fires one round, every time. It is not a forced reset trigger, it does not fire bursts, and it does not convert anything to automatic fire.
