Shipping Rates
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, for a combined estimate of 3–10 business days from order date. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Pre-order items ship according to their stated lead time. Lead times on pre-order products are conservative estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship within the United States only. Due to varying state and local regulations, we do not ship to the following jurisdictions:

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship only to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania (but not Philadelphia), South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, West Virginia, Minnesota, Florida, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
NOTE: We are unable to change the shipping destination after an order has been placed. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior branding or product description. Packaging is designed to be discreet.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking number. Dumpy Defense limits its liability for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dumpydefense@gmail.com or 512-806-1751. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.
You will be responsible for tracking your order. Most of our orders are shipped out within 3 business days and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your SPAM or Promotions folders if you do not have it in your inbox. We will not be held liable for any orders that are delivered and the client does not receive them. We kindly encourage you to keep track of your package as we receive many orders every day.
