HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, packages can take between 3 to 10 business days to arrive.

PROCESSING TIME

Our standard processing time takes 1-3 business days. Our processing procedures have a few steps before they are packaged up and sent to you. Please note this does not include shipping time.

Once you place the order, taking into account the processing time plus shipping time, the package will arrive at your door in between 3 to 10 business days.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.00. For two or more products, shipping is free.

CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ON MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you can not change your shipping destination.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship only to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania (but not Philadelphia), South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, West Virginia, Minnesota, Florida,  Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

WHERE DON’T WE SHIP?

We do not ship to the following states or locations: Alabama, Miami, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, the State of Washington, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.

We do not ship outside the USA.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

You will be responsible for tracking your order. Most of our orders are shipped out within 3 business days and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your SPAM or Promotions folders if you do not have it in your inbox. We will not be held liable for any orders that are delivered and the client does not receive them. We kindly encourage you to keep track of your package as we receive many orders every day.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, for a combined estimate of 3–10 business days from the order date. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-order items ship according to their stated lead time. Lead times on pre-order products are conservative estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Note: We are unable to change the shipping destination after an order has been placed. Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior branding or product descriptions. Our packaging is designed to be discreet.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for every order once it has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking number.

Dumpy Defense limits its liability for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing dumpydefense@gmail.com or calling 512-806-1751. Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

Note: All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your card issuer will charge your card in your local currency if applicable.

You are responsible for tracking your shipment once it has been dispatched. Most orders ship within 3 business days, and a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Dumpy Defense is not liable for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that the customer claims were not received. We encourage all customers to monitor their tracking information closely.
